Recording Your Score is Key
One of the most important aspects of the Whole Life Challenge is the daily practice of recording your score. It's a chance to look back at your day and evaluate how you're doing.
Believe it or not, it's also one of the ways that the Challenge will keep your mind on what you've committed to doing each day.
There are a few aspects of scoring you might not be familiar with, so take a moment to find out how to manage this critical part of the game.
Entering your score on the site
You can enter your score on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone browser (Firefox is recommended) via our website: https://play.wholelifechallenge.com/login
Remember, you'll enter between 0 and 5 points for Nutrition, indicating how many points out of 5 you kept for the day, and a "yes" or "no" (earning 5 or 0 points each) for the remaining categories--Exercise, Mobility, Sleep, Hydration, and Well-Being Practice.
Finally, you'll enter your Reflection. We consider this the heart and soul of the Whole Life Challenge. It's your chance to close the circle for the day—look at what you learned, what you accomplished, which commitments you kept, and which ones you might not have. It's a great opportunity to be totally honest with yourself and a great way to get support from your team!

Remembering to Log in
One of the most frustrating things can be to do everything the Challenge asks you to do and then forget to record your progress! Setting up daily reminders to enter your score is a great way to make sure you get all the credit you deserve.
- Setting the Whole Life Challenge as your web browser home page is a sure way to make sure you don't forget to visit the site every day.
- A daily alarm on your smartphone is another good practice for keeping daily logging in mind at whatever time of the day you think is best—especially on the weekends when you're less likely to be on the computer
- Make sure your time zone is set correctly and that you have the reminder email enabled in your privacy settings. That will send you a reminder five hours before scoring closes if you haven't entered your score yet.
Entering your score on time
Start entering your daily score as soon as the day begins. When you wake up in the morning, open the app, click RECORD TODAY'S SCORE, and check off your Sleep Habit if you hit your target.
Save your score and return to it as often as you like throughout the day, as you complete the Habits. Simply select VIEW OR UPDATE TODAY'S SCORE and continue to mark them off.
You can complete your score at any time. Your daily records can be entered, edited, or updated at any point using the calendar link below the RECORD TODAY'S SCORE button.
This means that if your'e off-line for any period of time, you won't lose any of the points you earn, as long as you're keeping track. You can enter them all as soon as you return.
But, don't forget that you will also be awarded a STREAK for logging in and recording on the website each day. Your streak count is visible above the scoring buttons. If you miss a day, your streak count resets to 0 days.
We recommend that you complete your score by the morning after the day you are recording for. Reflecting for several days in the past can be very difficult!
And don't forget-- you can record your reflection at any time during the day. There is no need to wait until the end of your day if the perfect reflection for the day occurs to you mid-afternoon. You can enter that at any time, just like any other part of your score.
If you fail to enter your score by midnight the following night, your score is automatically recorded as a ZERO.
