There is no specific workout or even particular kind of workout that you have to do. If you already exercise, you don’t have to change anything that you are doing now. The only thing that you might do differently is that you’ll do something daily.
There is no recommended routine, only that you are consistent. We don’t dictate a specific routine because there is no single perfect routine for everyone. We do offer dozens of options for workouts and exercises on our blog, in the exercise and workouts section.
You might choose a routine that helps you improve an aspect of your preliminary/final workout performance. You might also take the opportunity to explore something new.
Start with what you know and like, or completely change it up. Let it grow from there. If you need more help, reach out in the private WLC Facebook Group to the worldwide WLC community. They love to help!
